Using our own program based partly on groups like Weight Watchers, and partly on the book Wishcraft by Barbara Sher, we can help you identify the path to your goal, and keep you on track during your journey.
You will receive one on one counseling, the time and organizational tools you need to integrate your new life or new goal into your existing responsibilities, and unfailing enthusiasm and support as you pursue your dreams.
